Dear Colleagues,

As discussed, and based on the first round of feedback, we are sharing with you the draft input to the Brown Report.

As we said in the meeting, now is the time to look for joint solutions. This first version is intended to serve as a basis for discussion with governments and to seek agreement on the points where differences remain. We believe that moving forward with a united voice is the only effective way to work through the text and protect workers worldwide.

We therefore kindly ask you to:

• Read through the draft guidelines carefully.

• Add your national perspective, examples and realities, where relevant. 

• Share the document with your government counterparts.

• Send us your comments and observations.

To consolidate views and prepare next steps, we invite you to an online meeting on 30 October at 14:30 CET, where we will gather feedback and discuss the way forward together.
