The upcoming discussions at the Social Questions Working Party will address the draft Council Conclusions on Labour and skills shortages in the EU: Mobilising untapped labour potential in the European Union.

In preparation for these discussions, I would like to bring to your attention a few key considerations from the European Trade Union Confederation.
